The staff here was amazing, and the location was excellent, just steps away from the Mobilis Cultural Center, making it a great one-night stay overall.

I liked that the hotel was convenient and fairly clean. The rooms were nicely decorated and reasonably large with WiFi connection, and I had a really really nice stay overall. The breakfast was big and included. Location: the venue was just off main square of town as well as Old Town.

Good location - within short walking distance of everywhere we needed. Twin room with a dormer window was ready when we arrived.

The location here was great, really close to the train station which was convenient for catching my morning train to Budapest, plus the room was spacious and finely decorated, with a modern bathroom.

Unfortunately no hot water in the bathroom. To reach the reception you have to go downstairs. In this case it was very complicated.

A hotel with many stairs because of the seemingly continuous extensions. But our room was simply but functionally equipped. The hotel is only about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Gyoer, the restaurant offers a varied menu. Our food was very good and the service very friendly.

Room very basic. Bed and bedding poor. Old small TV. No in room tea/coffee. No smoking room - with ash tray! Breakfast very poor.

Convenient location, close both to the spa and city center with restaurants and sights. Free of charge supervised parking. Small TESCO supermarket in the same street. Quiet area. Interesting interiors. Cosy rooms. Nice, helpful and communicative reception staff. Great value for money paid.

The rooms were little too hot, but equipped with simple ventilator. The cleaners should pay more attention to details like dust in the upper shelfs or under the furniture, but daily cleaning was very good. Hotel is not good for weak sleepers, as the walls are quite tiny and you can hear the high-heels to walk, children to play on the floor and even waiters to move chairs in the conference room when preparing for an event.
